Off we go to meet Lilith the Merchant then, cash, ring, and Fightinium Z in hand!  Seeing as the balcony is probably the easiest way to get outside and fly down to the entrance from here, looks like Mew is going to pass by Weavile briefly...and invisibility tactics are active until we get down there.  Don't need some random passerby seeing Mew flying around the A.V. by pure chance, right?

'Reiner' only rolls their eyes at you as grab everything that is needed to make the transaction, and Weavile was completely oblivious as you passed him by fully invisible and zoomed all the way down to the streets of Celadon that lay below. Once down their, it only took a cursory search to spot the Merchant, who was leaning against the building until you approached them, causing the push themselves off it and stretch out their arms into the air as they welcomed your arrival.
