Effect: Allow user to treat all actions as if they had the highest INI AND chain them like they were all Linked together for 1 Round; Goes last no matter what and loses ability to preform consecutive actions for 3 Rounds when drug wears off. A Caffinated Beverage or Energy Drink can help you recover instantly, though, but has a 3D6 chance to Poison you as well.

Level:
Cost: $2500 (Base)
Effect: Double Channel, Brawl, and All Specialities but Nature and Empathy under Knowledge Skill, and add + 2 Insight. - 1 Strength and prevents STR buffing to remove its negative qualities, doubles Pain Penalty (-1 is -2, -2 is - 4, and so on), and lowers Empathy to - 1 . Also give user the Forced Calm effect, which is similar to Raijin disposition, but getting too emotion/stress out or being Taunted/Torment/Confused has a chance to cause a Heart Attack, which predictably is bad for your health. Lasts an Encounter, and can't be cured via Antidote (Full Heal can, though)

Cost: $3500 (Base)
Effect: Add + 1 Damage to all attacks and + 1 STR, but take + 1 Damage from all attacks and - 1 Vitality (Both HP and Defense) . Last an Encounter, but can be cured with an Antidote.
