Heh.  That's actually quite clever, turning Damp into a pseudo Damp Rock.  And I'm sure even with Damp, Kingdra would find all sorts of interesting ways to get set on fire...

Alright, so that's Kingdra...know what Intimidate does...how about Unnerve and Limber?

Limber just straight up gives you + 1 DEX, while Unnerve prevent ANY and all Held Item use, including the user's allies (Essentially Perma Magic Room). Using the Uber Capscle on Kyubi would grant access to her regular Abilities/HA .
