Originally, this Abiliy was going to act only like Misty Fields + Damp Rock, but then I realized that it would actually gimp Kingdra if it ever dared use it, so I quickly nixed the idea and came up with this current interation. A whole lot more interesting, don't you think?

Remember, Damp's Electric Resistence debuff applies here too, so it effectively removes Yang's Resistance towards the element. He'd better aim those Thunders caaarefully now....

Definitely a lot better.  And yeah, Damp is...not a great ability for the most part without some considerable buffing.  Cool, nothing can use Self Destruct, Explosion, Fission Burst, and Aftermath, and...that's it.  Swampert would have loved that Explosion immunity back in gen 4, though.  That on its own would have been worth it back then on such a tanky pokemon that was subject to getting blown up all the dang time.

Ooh, so it makes EVERYTHING weaker to Electric moves?  Wow.  Yup, Yang is definitely going to have a lot of fun with that...

Consider all the benefits it gives to EVERYONE, its only fair their are some steep penalties associate with it! Mystic Water + Magnet + Damage Stop + Universal Resistence to Fire and Ground moves, all for the cost of being weaker to Electricity and Heat based moves doing all sorts of strange things? Sounds balance to me!

Also, Fission Burst can be still used, but its power is nerfed into the ground (STR + 3, compared to Explosion's damage + 5 ) , but Radiation is still a huge problem. Only Pokémon that can use it without some SERIOUS SHENANIGANS is Xenoqueen, however, so I doubt you will have to worry about that~
