Receiving a bit of fluff from 'her' causes Shiva to bow once again to the Incarnate. It's clear that she she holds a lot of resepect and awe for 'her', as well as a feeling that she's in good hands (or fluffy wings) as long as she just stays by 'her' side.

She was just about to thank 'her' for it as she has risen from that bow and laid her hair back again, but then the sensation of a flight came in! Professor/Reverend Cottonwood was absolutely right, this indeed all but deserves to be called 'a finest moment in one's life'. Thinking of him, just in that moment Shiva spotted his namesake-tree beneath... It was so mighty a few hours ago, now it looked so incredibly small. The thought that she was there, beneath it preparing herself for the ritual, and now she was here flying with the elusive Southern Wind Incarnate having taken a form that she more than enjoys... It caused her eyes to be filled with tears. They fell behind quickly. Oh, it must be the flight wind, sorry...

Seeing how Kyuu definitely desired to stay with his Master, Shiva was quick to get a hold of him, hugging him close to show that she is there and will keep him safe just like back then when she saw him in a lucid dream. After a few moments of sharing such peaceful closure, she recalled him into his Pokeball. The same goes with Cottonee.
