So, welcome to the wonderful world of having an NPC helper!  What Riza is going to be able to do is probably going to be vastly different from what Angelica can do in some ways, but there are definitely some similarities.

So, let me just list what Angelica can do for Reiner, then try and make some educated guesses at comparisons.

- First of all, being (accidentally) brainwashed into being his servant, Angelica will do anything Reiner asks of her without question, trying to complete whatever task he gives her to the best of her ability.  Riza still has her free will, so this point isn't going to be nearly as drastic, but she's unlikely to have problems with anything that's fairly reasonable for Arial to ask of her.

- Second, being a Police Officer, Angelica can help cover Reiner's tracks from the police, allowing him to get away with a crime scot free once per day.  Riza's not an officer, though, so...

- Third, Angelica can also help with throwing off people that are tailing him, or reduce police scrutiny by diverting the feds' attention somehow using her position as an Officer.  This one, Riza can probably also help with, but I don't know of any people that are specifically after Arial currently, and her diverting attention might be risky business if she gets caught somehow...

- Last but not least, Angelica can be called in to backup Reiner if he needs the support of an extra trainer (like what just happened with Buzzwole), but on the flip-side, she can also be sent to complete an entirely different encounter at the same time as Reiner's doing his, allowing you to potentially complete 2 encounters in the same time period.  Efficient, right? How the NPCs handle it and whether they succeed is up to Windos and the dice, though.

Probably going to need a little more clarification from Windos on some of the specific capabilities and limitations here, since comparing Angelica to Riza is almost like Night and Day in some areas.
