Wrong, not 'too distracted' to notice during packing stone and shards of clay away that NOW of all costs, things are somewhat going wrong. That's when an inner conflict has been triggered, silently fought in her mind - one side was all for investigating further, the other for bringing Nathan back. It's such moments though when her patience is tested, since while Shiva DOES have a sheer endless amount of patience and sympathy, it's not 'endless'. In some way, she seemingly could understand what was wrong with Nathan now, in another now way she wished he would just pull himself together and keep going. Because, well, he was important here too and stuff, couldn't just go on without him.
Though, this was just another moment where Shiva realizes she would appreciate to learn to shield herself from negativity from a real empath, shall she desire for her newly found senses to develop further and eventually flourish.
Conflict kept on, both sides seemed equally strong. Eventually, just when Shiva turned to join Ventus' side in investigating further, Kyuu somewhat called himself out of his Pokeball! Shiva needed a moment to even realize what has happened as, and Kyuu used that moment to *cheerful meow* run over to Orthros, who was currently (fainted) in Nathan's arms. She noticed this, but it was already to late to call her psychic kitten back...
When Nathan decides to look up and meet her gaze, it certainly said something like "...Fine. So be it then. This one time...", followed by some words only he will hear. "Nathan, when you're done there, please just come over to us. None's gonna bite you. Sulking now won't help dealing with the Vines, now that we're so close to our goal. Just... get a move on. Please."
Once that is done, Shiva does that hand gesture that tells a person to follow, then turns away to join Ventus's side. Ohhh. to say she was IMPRESSED by that skill of the eremit was a blatant understeimation.
