Huh. Weavile is now even BETTER at stealing stuff. Now he has an innate +3 boost to pickpocketing stuff...

However...I'm not sure even Reiner can stop Weavile at this point, considering the cat is badly confused...(side note: he should have a -5 accuracy penalty to his actions as well because of that!)
