That's...actually a good thought. Hmm, but I don't think it'll be allowed by GM as it's not on the rodents' list of learnable ?-moves and Shiva is yet to unexperienced to teach it nevertheless, plus they cannot learn this move in the official handheld games other than from a Move Tutor.
