She hasn't taken it with her to Chreshire though. "Can you tell me what the Daycare checker and Move Tester are capable to do, their more detailed function, please? I already have an Egg Checker installed. Also, what makes the Encyclopedia Scientifica different from the usual data the Almanac already displays?"

"Oh, that's easy. The Daycare Checker receives data from all the Daycares in Creshire, showing amount owed, training performed, length of stay, Eggs produced, that sort of thing. The Move Tester contains a database of your Pokemon's moves, and what they are effective against in battle. The Encylopedia Scientifica actually has nothing to do with Pokemon. It contains articles on science, like the definition of a black hole or the molarity of hydrogen."
