Kingdra's didn't think much of the dinky looking Uber Cap. at first despite its quirkiness, but that outlook was shattered as you got full swing into your pitch for the sheer magnificence of this device. By the end of it they were wide eyed as a giant seahouse dragon could be, looking fairly incredulous that it could DO that for her, until you all but said that you got the increadibly powerful and useful Item juuuust for her. Her expression became even more stunned by this gift......before a look of pure joy and excitement almost exploded across their face , and she let out a bubbly cry of happiness as she almost Dragon Rushed straight into you, smothing you in a hug born of pure gratitude and familial love (I specify because enough women love love in his life, and I don't want to give Reiner MORE problems to worrying about) . Yes yes yes yes! With the power provided by this device, she'll be able to do more than she could ever before, most of all becoming an even mightier Dragon for Reiner! Thank you, Master!

Reiner ALMOST drops the Uber Capsule when Kingdra collides with him, but manages to keep ahold of it despite almost fumbling.

"Ahhahahaha!  Love ya too, girl!  But, uh...I do have to stick this device on you for it to work its magic, and you'll have to sit still while I do so.  And then we'll get ya nice and polished once you're done eating so you're presentable for cuz tomorrow."

Of course, Reiner's more than aware that Arbok is just a tad jealous of Kingdra's new toy...

"Ah, don't shed that skin quite yet, Arbok.  I have something for you as well.  Wouldn't be fair if Kingdra got the only gift, now, would it? Now then, if you'd just let me...reach...my bag...Kingdra...okay, you're squeezing...that's fine...ack! No, it's not! Careful with...my back...ow!"

Once Reiner eventually squirms free of Kingdra's enthusiastic hug, he looks through the unorganized mess his bag has become and pulls out three of the four TMs in there.  He'd have to spend an hour or two organizing his stuff again...shouldn't have taken him 5 minutes to find those discs...*sigh*...

"Alright, your gifts might not be as fancy as Kingdra's, but I think my other two main draconic pokemon deserve a little extra something as well.  Arbok, for you...TMs for Toxic EX and Will-O-Wisp EX.  I know, still not your style, but I'm certain you'll be able to make good use of these dangerous moves.  You'll be able to inflict all sorts of nasty stuff on those who are foolish enough to try facing you in the future."

"...and for you, Yang...Aerial Ace EX.  You might not be a Dragonite yet, or maybe never if you prefer being a Dragonair, but this'll save ya the trouble of having to put in some extra effort to learn a decently strong Flying move in the future."
