Just one little question: Why our levels of warn became 3? Me I can understand since I kinda almost killed Ecru Scientist Excadrill, rob him with the help of Petrel, and I think this is enough reason to increase level to 3, but why Reiner?

Reiner's battle against the Vampire's pokemon wasn't exactly quiet.  And there's a crater and wrecked street where Buzzwole landed and used EARTHQUAKE.

There's a reason the Rhydon that Giovanni gave to Reiner for extra protection knows Drill Run instead of EQ.
