...well, Riza wasn't likely to go anywhere without her pokemon.  Reiner has a little time to wait.  But only a little.

"At ease, Angelica.  We're waiting on Arial's new friend to return for the time being.  If she wants her pokemon back, she'll be prompt about showing up."

....And like magic or ringing a dinner bell, Riza made her grand entrance by leaping from the top of the stairs and landing silently besides you, causing your police officer to back up is startlement with one hand on her Tazer and another on her Pokeball.

Well, she's refreshingly direct and straight to the point, unlike some others you could name....though you could do without the dramatics.

Reiner digs through his bag for a moment...(he knows where they are exactly, he's just dragging it out on purpose)

4 pokeballs to Riza.  One Beautifly, one Shedinja, one Yanmega, and one Volcarona.

"You're gonna need 'em, probably, and keep in mind you'll probably be skinned alive by several people here if anything happens to me because of you."

"Alright, so here's the lowdown.  My cousin's coming to town this afternoon.  With a gun and a vendetta against me.  Not going to kill me, mind you, but I'd rather not be captured and hauled away.  So, I need to get something done this morning before she gets here and finds me.  Angelica, I'd like you to locate Erika for me.  I need to meet her at the soonest opportunity at *insert that restaraunt's name here*.  If she's already there, good.  If not, keep an eye on her so I can locate her quickly.  Riza, I need you to keep an eye out for Clair and watch my back.  She's got light blue hair she wears in a long ponytail, blue eyes like mine, and is probably going to be wearing a rather silly looking outfit with a cape and a blue orb around her neck (cuz everyone likes to rag on her outfit in HG/SS ).  Oh, and she'll probably look really irritable at best, too.  I need to head to the Pokemon Center first, report to my superiors.  Once that's done, we'll go from there.  Understood?"
