Interesting...I like what you're going for with these eevee, Windos. Reminds me a bit of Zippy and Princess, even.

So, what Power and accuracy rolls do their Hidden Powers have?  Any special effects? What benefits and drawbacks are there to the female Eevee assisting in the Pickpocket rolls?  And what extra effects does Adaptability have in this campaign?

Accuracy for Hidden Power is Standard (no penalties), Power is 2 due to base move having 60 BP, but it has an effect based on its type. Dragon has 3D6 Dice to apply a Dragon Dance Boost, Ghost has 1D6 Chance to Act like Ominous Wind. Benefits for Eevee doing thievery alone is that like Weavile she'll get an auto pickpocket without roll, and if they get caught they can act cute/pitful for a chance to avoid consequence/use Sand Attack to blind target and flee. With Weavile and 'friend' , they can now preform thefts on targets even if the roll fails, though obviously the rewards won't be all that good and their is a chance of them getting their furry faces smashed in. Adaptability powerboost applies to all moves regardless of typing due to Pokémon being natural skill to utilize any move effectively, will gain a random Attribute Boost once their HP drops below Half HP (What it will be depends on Battle/Situation. More stressful/difficult odds, higher the boost. For the brother, the stat boost will trigger after 1 Round of Combat, ala Speed Boost, since asking for this little guy to take damage for the ability to work is not.....good.

Do I sense a secret Dragon-Type-Evolution for Eevee? Sweet.

Yeah, it's something I asked Windos about awhile ago, after I had the bright idea of Reiner's mom being a former kimono girl (then the dragon stuff followed, then Reiner potentially picking up where his mom left off).  Said he would do some brainstorming.

Though, this little bro having a ghost type affinity is also rather intriguing...not something I was expecting at all...might be two fakemon eeveelutions not named Nucleon here...

No, but I've had ideas for their appearance for quite some time now, but seeing those Pictures of Spirit's helped solidify them in my mind. All will be revealed in due time!

Well its because I could think the ghost eevee would a little more defencive since he is not so much great in attack that little brother you find out. He would more a suport causing more stats changes. Perhaps with a little more HP and Speed perhaps. And with Disguise he could survive a attack of the enemy AND save his HP and defence. Something balance.

In the context of this little guy, he definitely would need to be fast and crafty.  He only has 3/4 HP unless his health improves/he grows or gets more HP through surprises and other means (hello R.C.).  Even with 5/6/7 Defense, he's going to be melted like butter if he gets hit.  His main gimmick is support of the highest degree (remember Peter the Ariados?  I think that's what this eevee does.  But with more options).

Little Bro can gain HP through Surprises or the R.C. , but HP Surprises cost more unless an HP Up is used, and nothing need be said about how bad the R.C. can get! Yeap, that is Bro's stick: He can't battle without risking life or limb, but if you can get him in an defensible position they'll be the ULTIMATE SUPPORT!!! like Peter. Its best utilizing them and setting up those situation that will be the problem....

Also, the method to Evolve either of these Pokémon into their Evos are considered secret for now, but I'll say two things concerning them: Their are two ways each to Evolve theses Eevee , one unique to them , and the other requiring extensive preparation/rituals. The other thing is that due to me forgetting to include Rolls in the Encounter and the rather HUGE windfall you have received (Plus the time you spents chasing/bonding with the Eevees), Clair has arrived in Celadon City, and Riza has no idea where she is . All Encounter now have a chance to be interrupted and 'replaced' by Clair. [/b]
