Quick clarification needed, Windos: is the Face Camo's radiation protection for Reiner in his entirety, or is it just his head?

Also, if I were to teach Skill Swap EX to Reiner and he were to use it, would the ability he gains affect only him?  (leaving the target with no ability sounds pretty devious regardless)

Just two questions that have been nagging the back of my mind for a little bit.

Face Camo provides full body Anti Rad absorption , but without the accompanying Sneaking Suit Mk. 4 , the head peace only Neutralizes Nuclear attacks themselves to the point of doing Neutral Damage, and only if the target doesn't have Elemental Armor if they already had a type before hand. So yes and no, basically.

Depends on the Ability. If its an ability that normally would affect the opponent like Intimidate, it will work just like that. Same with Damp , Friend Viel, Reciever, etc.. However, ability are more personal only affect Reiner naturally. As for that application, the opponent would receive an Ability from Reiner, which would be in gest increase the Enemy's intelligence and difficulty to compensate for taking away their ability without giving one back in return.
