Since Iron had Apsis react, the ball is in Nathan's court to the next interaction between him and her. Also, she's likely to follow you to bed instead of returning to Ven's room, since she doesn't really care for Shiva's presense or nervousness around her, *Hisss!*

I think the implication is that nothing's really going to change for now.  However, maybe some opinions will change ever so slightly when a) Orthros evolves and gets 'stronger' and b) Ventus hears a little bit about what happened.  Maybe.  Orthros could probably eventually get over his fear of Ventus if Nathan isn't scared Ventus is going to obliterate the dog at any given moment, so...

Ven's fear, hatred, and distrust over Orthros and his kind will be hardly swayed by just his sister taking a liking to them, though it will cause him to temper his extreme distaste to appease her and not start shit where none existed before hand. Ven's also not going to murdalate them period, or harm them so long as Nathan keeps them under control and AWAY. He despises it, and feverantly wishes he didn't have to put up with what he thinks is a pretty stupid, hurtful, and foolish decision on your character's part, but due to not wanting to fracture the group and ruin things between them and Shiva, he HAS to tolerate them. At least, that is the in game explaination I can come up with that makes good enough sense.
