Need some quick clarification, Windos: how does Shellder's surprise work exactly?  Is it +1 loyalty every time it gets +1 happiness, or happiness + loyalty = total loyalty?

Probably should have asked this sooner, but eh.

Every Point of Happiness she gains/has towards Reiner or her given Trainer also equates to one Point of Loyalty, so the former. The inverse is not true, but given that its generally easier to make a Pokemon happier than loyal, that shouldn't be a road block at all for Reiner, if he decided to incorporate them into his battle designs.
