Bloody hell indeed!  When did he find the time to buff his speed THAT MUCH?!  If Reiner weren't using Zen State right now...and even with it, he's still somewhat shocked!

Of course, he IS still thinking carefully right now...

"I don't think THAT is necessary quite yet, Rhyxemplar.  A little warm up can't hurt though, yes?  Some Drill Runs oughta suffice.  That Charizard is barely standing...and isn't constantly flying."

Accuracy: 8*(!) Dex + 5 Fight + 2  Brawl + Wide Lens - 1 Accuracy - 2/3 Actions = 13/12 D6!  Whoa!
Damage: 5* Strength + 3 Power + STAB - 7* Defense + SE = 2 D6 + 1 Damage
Effect: Only 4 successes needed to crit! (and just 1 successful damage is enough to KO Charizard)

And I guess if the first Drill Run KOes Charizard, then Rhyxemplar can use Rock Polish as his second action instead if he's not under its effects already.

Clair Arendse Battle Round 3!

Rhyxemplar grunts out an assent to your orders, before he's already off like a bolt of lightening, spiriling down on the suddenly not so confident Mega Charizard X with the full brunt of his force to bear!

The Gym Leader's looked equally startled as the metal kaiju's blitzkerging her black demon into oblivion, before a scowl took her place, as she ripped another Pokeball from her belt and readied to summon her next might dragon! During this time, Rhyxemplar took the opportunity to doff his armor a bit to increase his mobility to LUDICROUS SPEED! + 2 DEX!!!

"Grrraaaagh, how can that Rhyperior in that metal suit blitz my Charizard like that?! Bah, no matter! The only reason he had such an easy time was because he was worn out beating up your Arbok, so you knight won't have such an advantage against my next fresh Dragon! Turn them into scrap metal, Gyarados!!!

With her declaring THAT dread Pokémon's name, he was out in a flash in the next instant, and you could feel your blood chill as they towered over the battlefield, balefully glaring at both you and your titanium titan, considering you naught but insects beneath its overwhelming might. Rhyxemplar evenly returns that glare, raising its horn up in defiance against the not quite but still definitely dragon serpent fish! They will fall.

Rhyxemplar's Strength is reduced to base, and Initiative lowered by 2 due to Intimidate (17) ! It continues to stand tall, however!!!

Gyarados' Initiative: DEX (*6 [Surprise!]) + Survival (4) + (6) = 16 Goes before Rhyxemplar
