The way Encore works in Pokerole is a bit weird, @Spiritmon. It makes you repeat the actions you performed the previous round, so Encore doesn't do anything on round 1. It's Round 2 on when you have to be careful of it.
Also, Koa's damage pool should be 8/6 D6, depending on Rivalry. +/- 1 eliminates the possibility of the middleground value, and you forgot to factor in Dragon Dance's Strength buff properly. (You got the high value just fine, it's the low one you've been consistently forgetting to properly factor in). I always recommend double checking your math with stuff like this.
And another thing to note is you have to give orders using a set number of actions. You can't change the number of actions you're performing mid-round.
