Shiva couldn't help but to be somewhat suprised that a Lilipup, popular among the yet unexperienced Trainers in the region she's originating from, is her second foe to defeat in order to reach the next round of match-ups. Though... They are known among professional Breeders for their versility, their pool of possible egg moves is amazing. If raised properly from the start, they will soon proof themselves a worthy companion... Not to forget that they're cute.
...Enough pondering, there was a battle win! Shiva can call herself lucky that both of her participants of this matchup are still fresh and umharmed. Let's see... "Aodrable dog you have there. Now, Litwick, give us a taste of how confusing light can be, then crown your performance by glowing Embers, SHINE! DAZE US!"
Orders for this Round: Confuse Ray, Ember, Ember, hopefully we'll get through. Naturally any STAB-Normal Type attacks from Lilipup have no effect on ghostly Litwick. Flame Body Ability is still active.

Effect: Confuses Lilipup. It's interesting that Confuse Ray has no reduced Accuracy like Hypnosis etc. have.

Accuracy Roll Ember 3: 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 3 Channel - 5 Actions = 3 d6
