Icicle Spear x5!  (However, I'd probably roll each hit out one at a time instead of en masse if a KO is theoretically possible.  If Dragonite faints before all 5 are used, then a Shell Smash is incoming!  And if it were to somehow only take 3 hits to KO Dragonite, then we can also throw in a Withdraw.)
Accuracy: 4* Dex + 5 Fight + 3 Canalize + 5 Skill Link (10/2=5) - 5/6/7/8/9 Actions = 12/11/10/9/8 D6
Damage: 1 Power + 5* Strength (still gotta account for that scotch, too) + STAB - 6* Defense + QE = 1 D6 + 2 Damage per hit
Effect: Consecutive actions!

Shell Smash has a base accuracy of 11, Withdraw has a base accuracy of 12, and Cloyster has a Fortifying Shot to use at her discretion.

Cloyster's Initiative: 7 + (2) = 9 She goes before Dragonite does.

Contrary to your expectations, however, your cousin just smirks as you summon your impenetrable bivalve onto the field, before raising a hand and chuckling into it. "Think you have an upperhand just because you brought an Ice type against my Dragonite, huh? Hah! My Dragons are far tougher than the norm after all brutal training they went through, cousin, so don't let a type advantage fool you thinking you have the upper hand!  I was expecting your Weavile to be the one to face off against my Dragonite, but it'll end all same way as it: put on Ice!"

The original Dragon type could only nod in assent to her master's statement, before....

The grinning bivalve was STUNNED that not only did her draconic opponent survive her frigid assault unFainted, but they seemed hardly fazed! So much, in fact, that.....

Now literally stunned by Dragonite attacks, the dragoness then proceeded to snake their tail around and onto them in order to ensnare her!

Clair outright laughs once this round came to close, arms now crossed as they began to taunt you. "Bet you didn't expect my Dragonite to survive you Cloyster's railing, otherwise you wouldn't have gone all in! This Dragonite is the end result of one of the Elder's breeding projects to carrying over its pre-evolution's natural resistance and bulk to its final form, and was given to me as a corination gift for me becoming Blackthorn's Gym Leader! On top of that is all the thorough and excruciating training we've been through in and out of the Ice Path, tso now the cold is now just a nuisance for her! Isn't that right, girl?"

The dragoness let out a loud cry of agreement, and thumps her chest a couple of times!

Okay, this could be bad....but for who exactly?
