Drain Punch...if Kirlia was going to be a Gallade one day, he'd need a Fighting type move of some kind, and it's...difficult to teach the psychic types how to attack physically without the aid of TMs and Tutors...
...he's read about tutoring moves, he thinks he can maybe do it, but...
