Yeah, I think when an accuracy roll calls for Will, you're supposed to just roll dice equal to the user's current Will score in the base rules.
Meanwhile, the healing moves requiring a will point to be spent seems to be for balance purposes so you can't spam the healing moves non-stop (though healing only 3 HP per round if you heal 4 or more HP is quite a sizable nerf on healing moves and potions and such as it is).
There has been one instance where you could have called for a Will roll so far based on the examples given in the book: Ventus destroying Braixen's den.
Yeah, Will scores and their uses could have maybe used just a tad more clarification in the book...
