IF Nathan want to talk something with Heart, he needs to speak up instead of send his Pokemon. "If you have nothing to say then I going to my seat to watch Shiva battle." Then Heart simple pass though Kirlia and go in the seat distance to Nathan.

(A little tip Dragonstrike: If Nathan want to talk with Heart, he needs grow up as a man and indeed TALK with Heart and not send a pokemon to talk with him. Heart needs to Nathan make his move to say anything.)

Kirlia just Teleports in front of Heart again and points behind him, at Nathan. No, Kirlia can't speak (at least not in a way non-pokemon can understand), but he can gesture.

(And here's a tip from me: Kirlia always does his best to act in Nathan's best interests, even if he's not being ordered to do anything in particular.  Nathan's clearly not asked Kirlia to do anything in particular here, considering how quiet he's being.)
