Maybe, but just maybe, it's a good call that Ventus is not working at the Shelter this day, as I don't know how he'd react to 1. the elusive man in graceful purple suit is the mentioned Pokepsychologist and 2. he seems like an overly sweet guy.

Sadly(?), Shiva in-chara knows little to nothing about the Orre region.
