This only increased her respect for that guy. He even speaks with her! And why does he adress her with 'dear'!? Were all Pokepsychologists so charming ?
Despite feeling a it like being thrown off track now, she managed to give him a low and respectful bow. "Uhm... Yes, that's what call me... I'm here to work for the adoption of that Gothitelle that once came to the Shelter. Maybe longer on a voluntary base." As for what interests her... Good question. "I'm originating from a family of professional Breeders, so I guess I'm more fond of raising a Pokemon, care for it, bonding with it, maybe even see it evolving when it's time has come. It's somewhat amazing how much a Pokemon can grow and even change under well care, I've seen that in my Azurill. Battling only comes second."
"That's true. One thing I've been researching is Pokemon's 'hearts,' or so we call them in Orre. Almost every Pokemon has a little bit of a barrier around its heart, making it hard to trust humans. It's the bestial side of Pokemon, I'm afraid. And perhaps we deserve that distrust, at times. Otherwise, perhaps, Pokemon would be wiped out by predators. Pokemon like Azurill evolve by opening their hearts in some way. Anyway, to continue. In Orre, some Pokemon were found to have such powerful locks around their hearts that they could no longer feel love or reward. Truly an awful thing."
