Hmmm...two Normal/Fairy types versus a Grass/Ghost type that doesn't know any damaging Grass moves...

...that's going to be tough for Viktor, since Astonish just doesn't work due to type immunity and Fairy types resist Dark type damage.

Or he could Leech Seed both and spam Strike/Knockdown while he likely heals 1 HP per round. That'll show the cute little fluff balls!

True.  He could always just use Strikes instead of his normal attacks.  That'd probably do okay amounts of damage if the Igglybuff are weak enough.

Tough the same thing. Its times like this I wish I would like have a strong Grass Move. And 2x1 its not sound a fair fight to me. And with typing disavantage vs not much effetctive moves even worse. And they problably have Charm and CopyCat. In other words, if I use Feint Attack, not only it would be not much effective but they would problably use against him. Nope. This is too much.
