My problem with this gym is two-fold. 1) if you are featuring bug types, I dont see except for perhaps 1, any bug types here (unless I am wrong by double typings offhand.) 2) you are bit heavy on the electric types. that would be a crossover with Lord Ozma's gym.
If you want to feature bug types, try using pokemon from the bug groups. If you want to do a stat gym, please elaborate more on that idea of a Stat gym and how it would work. taking into account the above issues I mentioned.
