Its a little more complicated to someone memorize all the dex from one region. Not even Heart who know a lot about pokemons have all the dex script in his mind. Thats why he always make notes and read his books. But a Pokedex is pretty useful. Hmm now that I think of it perhaps Heart will buy a pokedex too.
