Nathan's got quite a few cuts and scrapes on his face and hands from the 'sandstorm' caused by the burst rafters. It hurts a little, but he does his best to hide the pain.
"Officers. Glad to see you. Careful coming in. Some of the rafters were busted during the battle."
Nathan doesn't really 'editorialize' the story aside from excluding Dagny's involvement and his...righteous fury. Tells it as it is, tells them to keep an eye on Shiva in case anything more happens, has Kirlia and Calam to back up his claims...
Even if they don't fully believe his story, the scimitars' intent should be fairly believable. Only part the officers need to believe, really.
