Hmmm...with the case of using a healing item that can heal more lethal damage than what the pokemon has sustained (like healing 3 lethal damage with a hyper potion), I assume any of that overflow would heal as normal, right? (A hyper potion used on 3 lethal damage could also heal 4 normal damage still, for example). That's essentially how the potions might work in the base rules if enough charges are spent on the healing, if I'm reading things correctly...
There's also that one Herbal Concoction to consider...4 normal HP and 4 Lethal damage (could heal 6 Lethal total, potentially...) with a bonus +2 to a random stat without counting against potion effectiveness...that could be reeaaallly useful if I'm interpretting that correctly...
I'm so glad I put all the healing items in the same category on the character sheet...
Anyways, point is, we need to optimize the healing, and trying to account for every situation is proving...difficult. Particularly since that post is practically at the character limit (for what a 3DS can type, anyways. Dang technical limitations!) already, so...you get what my intention with all this is though, right, Windos?
