"...I don't have much reason to 100% believe a Relic Stone might be the key as of right now, but who knows? Agate Village's is a metaphorical key to opening a pokemon's heart for only one reason: Celebi's power. The stone itself is insignificant without it, and no other stone can do anything similar to my knowledge. If the Secret Library was hidden away by a Legend or Myth for some reason, maybe a Relic Stone relating to their power IS the key."
