Your condition on Protect doesn't quite work. Protect has priority and it's not an evasion, so it gets used before you know what move the enemy is going to use. (Just like in the handheld games). But you can say something like "If Heart thinks Gargryph will use Earthquake, Perceval will use Protect" and I can give you either an Insight roll, or see if there might be some other hint.
You can also say "If Gargryph uses Earthquake and it seems like he'll use it again, then Perceval will use Protect." I'll apply that interpretation for now.
