Sorry Shiva, I thought you and Heart were going to have more to say. I think you've given me enough info that I can move on with Grumpig though.
Grumpig, Heart, and Shiva go outside. Shiva borrows some instruments from Heart and lays them out while Braixen croons a tune to Grumpig's rhythm.
Perform: (6)(2) This time, he has no problem matching rhythms. Grumpig gets up and starts to dance again. He grabs the drum and starts pounding on it! Yes! This is it, awesome! He looks way more happy now.
Director North comes by. "Oh! Was that the problem? He needed a creative outlet? I can bring in a barrel and a drumskin and tomorrow I can have you build Grumpig a drum, if you're feeling crafty. Maybe you could produce makeshift instruments for any of the Pokemon who are so inclined, and they can form a band!"
