I think that they are descendents of demon from hell, personally. While I note that Charizard and Beliaddon look alike, I don't thick they are related beyond their Fire type and aesthetic. Also, if their origin was in some way from death, would they not be Fire/Ghost type, rather than Fire/Dark type?
