[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
So, I just did a little reading on Telekinesis on Bulbapedia. It has some...weird quirks on top of the ground/grounded effect immunity and always getting hit by all moves targeting you.

The effects of this move are nullified if the effects of Gravity, Smack Down, or Thousand Arrows become active. If a pokemon under Telekinesis's effects becomes grounded due to using Ingrain or obtaining an Iron Ball, they only become grounded and are still always hit by moves targeting them. If any of the above moves or items are already in effect when Telekinesis is used, it fails.

OHKO moves are unaffected by Telekinesis's accuracy check bypass.

Mega Gengar, Diglett, Dugtrio, Sandyghast, Palossand, Grozard, and Terlard (but not a Pokemon that's Transformed into them) are all immune to being levitated due to this move due to being rooted to the ground at all times. If the effects of this move are Baton Passed to a Mega Gengar (and only Mega Gengar), they are nullified immediately. (Strangely, none of them are immune to receiving/using the effects of Magnet Rise and Air Balloon, though)

(These are copied straight from the notes I wrote down in my character sheet for Nathan, btw)

Gotta love the intricacies of the moves in the games, right?
