And what's the Choice Scarf's effect again?  +2 Initiative or something?  Because a Quick Claw does the same thing in the book rules, but with no drawback, so...

Speaking of which, Gaspar still needs an Initiative roll iirc.  Didn't matter at first due to Prankster, but it certainly matters now!

Quick Claw only provide a + 1 Initiative in my campaign, and it doesn't add to Accuracy Rolls like CS does, since Speed and Dex are = in this game, I made that call early on it would provide + 2 DEX basically. So with Quick Claw Gasper would move  a bit faster, but he wouldn't have it helping him spam attacks more or move as fast as with CS.

Oh, and DM fiat is still on the table when it comes to Transforming into Legendary and Mythical Pokémon or other Special Pokémon, as those are DESIGNED to be overpowered and borderline impossible challenges, and having a go to counter would diminish the threat they hold a wee bit...

Roll: (1) + 4 + 2 + Choice Scarf (2) + Dragon Dance (1) = 10 , still slower than Cooler, so it goes second.
