So make sure I know who is holding all those eggs. Can I get a summary of who carried them and for approximately how long?

All Eggs that don't take a party slot for me thanks to the Breeder's Lisence are listed on QuickPage in charasheet, right beside the six Pokemon on hand.

I'm holding my own Magnemite Egg currently and asked Ventus in a previous post to get a hold on his as it'll hatch soon and I've been non-stop carrying it for him since obtaining. As for that black and blue Mystery Egg, Ventus have given it to me to carry it for him rather early after getting his hands on it, but occassionally carried it by himself when the party rested + during the night while travling Routes. At some point Shiva permanently handed it to him after he asked for it, but I can't really remember when that was. Maybe @Lord Windos knows more.
