Behind the water, right up against the cliff, you find Gothitelle. She's half-crouching with her feet wet. She has her hat off and a worried look on her face. She's moving her head back and forth as if scanning for something, but everything looks completely normal back here. When she sees you, she goes back to acting like nothing's wrong, just kind of waves and straightens up.
