If Mesprit is going to be annoyed at anything, it might be being woken up when its aid is not needed, but Nathan's intent is to help Mesprit itself here, not call upon its aid needlessly. If it flees much like in the games, it might show up again later.
Spirit, I would very, very, VERY much appreciate it if you were to STOP bashing Nathan for EVERY little thing. Yes, he has issues, but he has plenty of good traits too.
