"Thank you sir." Then Heart go to meet his little Nidorino Caesar. "Hey Caesar. How are you? Listen, tomorrow morning I will come to take you and then we will head to Cress City okay? So enjoy a lot in this camp okay?"

Nidorino is smiling like you haven't seen before. He nods and trots off to find a playmate.

Heart is out of encounters, but you've still got a little time to do non-combat things if you like.

Heart to go for now to the pokemon Center to threat the wounds of his pokemons. He sit in the tabble for a few time to wait the nurses threat the wounds of Typhon and Viktor. Heart grab the pokeballs of Rose and Gustav then release them for a second. "Heya you two. First of all, congratulation for the evolution of you two. As a trainer I very much proud of both of you with the great battles and some hard battles you two was able to overcome until finally evolve. But I would like to know how you feel about the evolution. Do you feel...okay with that? I would like to see the opinion of you two."

Action: See how they feel about the evolution of them. Since I cant do anything to fight now since I have finish my encounter, a moment of bonding to know each other pokemon and trainer is unimportant. And to know how they feel.

They both look at each other and then flex simultaneously. Your starter is rubbing off her behavior on your other Pokemon.

Like 95% of Pokemon, evolution is a highly desired part of their life. Rose gives you a very warm hug, showing she's very happy to have evolved under Heart's care, and in such a cool battle too! Clawitzer is a little more lethargic, since any action costs him a lot of energy, but he wasn't very active as a Clauncher either, and you know he appreciates the extra power. You're not sure how he'll feel if he sees you eating his discarded flesh, though.

Heart hug back the monkey queen. "No need to thank me Rose. Your performance in the battle was incredible, so you two deserve a lot of praise." Heart look a little worry to his crab Pokemon. "Remember me to make some food for you Gustav, since using that canon might use too much energy. What you like more to eat my friend? In fact, both of you deserve some food as a reward for your evolution."

Clawitzer goes rooting through your travel supplies. He seems to like eating bread, with no other ingredients - just the bread. Nicer bread is tastier to him. 

Rose will eat anything a human will eat, preferably fruit.
