[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole

Gothitelle and Shiva look up at the night sky together. At first, Gothitelle actually seems confused, and she wanders down to the base of Vapor Falls and back up again. As the two stare at the sky, they can see several Southern Hemisphere constellations, including the Southern Doublade, Sableye's Wink, and Delibird's Gift. And a faint backdrop behind the constellation stars, the smudges of distant galaxies and proto-galaxies: the Galvantula Nebula, Alpha Girafari, and the 47 Toucannon Cluster. This last one was named by the Mamo's ancestors on Alola.

Gothitelle points to the pool near the Falls. Reflected within are clearer copies of certain stars. What most of them mean, Shiva has no idea, but clearly they mean something to Gothitelle. One thing she can see is the star of Sirius, which represents any canine Pokemon, eclipsing the Sableye's Wink, which has associations with treasure and ancient battlegrounds.

The confusion Shiva detected from her astral companion did a fine job to confuse her herself, and instantly she was throw into a state of insecurity, rumination and an almost suffocating feeling of having done something wrong that has put Lilith on edge without even knowing. Barely anything of that was visible though on the outside, the fact that it was dark here was certainly helping.

Something deep within her awoke again and told her that 'It's not her fault, that she has been told at the Shelter that this Gothitelle probably knows many important things and might sometimes act weird or unreasonable in the eyes of others, only to avoid an outcome only she was aware of. Give her some space, my dear, will you?'

F....Fine.... Doing her best to not let the confusion and even disapointment overtake her and eventually cast a foul mood on her and stain her being, she watched Gothitelle wander down Vapor Falls - "Oh! She...she visits that assumed cave down there again..." - and took the time to set up and adjust the burrowed telescope. A secure and flat place was found rather quickly, and Braixen was eager to provide some light to his Master with his enlighted basswood stick during the process. Given how she Shiva was aware of how to operate a telescope, she soon managed to get a clear and crisp image with this burrowed one.

When her Black Moon returned however and placed herself down while pointing to Shiva once again to express how she wanted her now-Master and maybe even Special-Trainer to fulfill her given promise, oh boy did the faelike young woman feel relieved and delighted... So relieved and delighted that she couldn't help but to walk up to Gothy and eventually faintly and somewhat timidly, but clearly well-intended and honest give a single stroke to the hand of hers with her own, all while keeping non-intimidating eye contact and a heldback smile. "Hehe... You came back... Thank you. So... I've told you that I'd take you out stargazing, and I'm keeping my words right here and now. If you enjoy it, we can repeat this at some point, or I could show you some of my own stellarcharts I made from watching the nightsky from my home, a distant region from here. I'd be happy to do so, so please let you know your sentiments one way or the other at some point, alright...? For now, let us enjoy the universe showing itself to us in all its glory, together..."

All the constallations seen, including Sirius and the distant galaxies and proto-galaxies - which Shiva was greatly and positively suprised to see, whoahw! - were skillfully and diligently noted down by her creating another improvided and selfdrawn stellarchart, and while she noted the date/time/place in the corner of this creation (Chreshire, top of Vapor Falls, facing South, 8th May 2017, 10:32pm), she began to hum and sing the same tune that she already sang to herself back then at the Tusk, when Chreshire's unique stars has unfolded to her the first time. It was like an innocent and melancholic lullaby to her, soothing her nerves and calming her mind to welcome the aid of the stars.

Shiva was a bit like the moon herself, one could say - mystical and elusive, creating a soothing aura when she's present, but a part of her was always hidden away from the bare eye. Once everthing was noted and journaly was safely packed away, she remained here for a little longer, simply laying around here facing upwards to the nightsky while keeping Cottone close herself with one arm while her grey psychic kitten was kept cuddled up to her with the other. Kyuu was purring to her again, and his emitted waves of psychic energy (if he was still unknowingly doing this, that is) felt...enjoyable. Weird, but good. All the psychic vibes that lingered during the battle with Potts, all the postive feelings from her own Pokemon, all the energy of the universe above here, theone every human and Pokemon was part of...


(...I'm giving Shiva a 4th point in Channel-Speciality here for 18xp. C: She's not learning 'how to fight better', that's ordinary and boring for my faelike character, means Fight Skill can happily remain at 2. No, she's learning to channel the energies floating in a battle better than before, unlocking a little more potential within her Pokemon.
I'll probably stick with using max. 3 Actions in a battle though, maybe excluding Gym Leader and Boss Battles, but they now will have higher chance to crit. That's it with direct battle-related level-ups for a loooong time then!~)


Sometime later, Shiva...awoke and blinked in suprise as she found Braixen having lowered his head directly beside her own, facing her with his resting expression. He must have wanted to keep his Master warm by sticking close to her as she herself has...oh well, appearantly fallen asleep right here on the spot due to all the silence and calm dwelling here. Blinking up to the nightky, she sat up, ran a somewhat embarrased hand through her untidy hair, and realized in relieve that the telescope was still there and that Lilith was carefully stroking this elusive thing. Checking the time on cell, she stared at the display showing 11:57pm to her for a little longer than usual, before eventually packing it away and standing up to gather all the materials, equiptment, as well recalling all her Pokemon bar Helios, Gothitelle and Braixen. Hell, she was hoping none of the other, mostly Ventus, was not sick of worry for her yet...

"O-Okay then... I guess it's about time we return to Stair City, shall we? We need to bring this telescope as well as the starchart we burrowed from him back to Potts at first though. Helios, you can easily teleport us there once we're at the base again, can you? But before that... Lilith, I'd like to see this spot behind the falls once again, now that we're already here. Just for short... Braixen, I sadly hadn't you with me when we were there earlier today, but now I do and I'd like you to provide some light to us, alright?"

Mechanics:
Paying a short visit to the cave behind Vapor Falls again to have Shiva realize that the cave is now open after Mesprit has been fred, please!~ Just out of in-chara curiosity and to have her piece things together when finding out that Kirlia is a Ralts again.
