No further comments from Nathan on the stuff concerning Heart and the criticisms.  Any further thoughts on Heart's abrupt (and noisy.  Ralts has started squirming uncomfortably) departure, he keeps to himself as he hugs Ralts again, trying to calm them both down...

"...I just have some stuff to discuss with Valder specifically.  That's all."

Phew... So his....Nidorino *another, this time less intensive wave of cold shivering hit her* was doing fine and he was working with this creature to keep it under control? That...that certainly eased her pinned down fear of him (Caesar) by a little and caused her mentally release the breath she was unknowingly holding. Toxins, massive strength, an agressive potential - even without the incident she cannot forget that easily despite it's so long ago Shiva would hold quite a respect towards evolved male Nidos and would do her best to stay away from them if possible. "That's...certainly neat to hear, Heart. Thank you..." That was all she had to say to him concerning this...sensitive issue, she fell back into comfortable silence, listening to what he others had to further say with attention while silently making her own opinion on the things spoken out.

Oh the shadows and the background, it was so comfortable yet DARK there, why was the world so loud and fast? Somewhat nervously and downcasted, she began to stroke through a stand of her hair with one hand simply to have something to do.

...My dear, please just stop mulling over it or you won't be able to fall sleep tonight, alright?
Shiva just ends up holding her head in silent capitulation and agreement to this advice, and still does so as she watches Heart leave the room, earning a wondering coo from her psychic cat.


Some moments after Heart has left and Ventus has spoken up again, she caught Ventus' attention by tugging at his sweater. "Ven... Can't we just leave it here and head to our dorm as well?" The tone of her voice was calm, toneless and almost pleading, and after having said these words she silently moved closer to him - but NOT to kiss him or similar, he has no reason to flinch away from her: She simply wants to make sure that ONLY Ven does hear what she said next. "We can still ask Valder/@Nylon later to please enlighten us on what he and Nathan have discussed, maybe he'd do that if we turn to him."

*Flashback 1*

Ventus was sorely tempted to pinch the bridge on his noise and frustratidly *Sigh* at the boy Clampearling up on him because of such a simple question, and he was about to ask them again what was up when he felt some tugging at the hem of his sweater. This caused him to turn his head towards the source of the motion, and found it to be none other than Shiva, whose figiting, pleading look and quite worrying mix of fear, anxiety, worry, stress, discomfort, and weariness caused that train of thought to derail entirely as he diverted all his focus to hearing her words. He was silent for a but a moment as he parsed everything said and unsaid by his most blessed friend, before he closed his eyes and heaved a great big heavy *Siiiiigh* , nodding his head to her as he did so.

"Yes, we can my dear. Let's head to bed and get some rest, shall we? I have feeling we'll need all we can get for our journey through Mt. Sentry tomorrow morn....." the researcher replied, re-opening his eyes and taking her hand to give it a comforting, understanding squeeze, and leading the both of them out of Nathan room and to their own. That was enough dealing with them for the night, and he had other problems he needed to ameliate before the night's end, such as the sudden spike in fear and unhappiness he felt from her whenever Nidorino and the topic of Ralts devolution came up respectively....

Moving on having left Nathan's room and now being in the dorm Shiva and Ven share, this post can be edited shall it be necessary after Ven reacted.


As soon as she and the dark oddball of sociologist arrived at their dorm and the latter has closed the door after them, Shiva ends up almost throwing herself onto her side of the bed, Meowstic leaped off from her shoulder just in time in a swift movement and delighted chirp. Huuuh, how comfortable just laying her felt after having spent an exhausting, yet fruitful and eventful day!~ She ends up hugging both the psychic cat and the pillow she was using.

Though because she still has to feed her Pokemon dinner, she's not turning in for the night right away, she'll answer any questions or concerns Ventus may have shall he bring them up to her.

The empath couldn't help the highly worried and concerned frown from manifesting on his face when Shiva all but Double Edged into her bed with full force and cuddled her Meowstic ('Oh my, it appears everyone's Pokémon has gone through some form of evolutionary process today!'), as if to KO herself into dreamland and escape whatever demons that plagued her during their Gemstone Meeting. Fortunately or not, though, she eventually dragged herself out of bed to feed her Pokémon dinner for the night, giving him the prime opportunity to go up to her and lay a hand on her shoulder, grabbing her attention as he launched into his important and no doubt highly sensitive question for her. Ones were he best tread lightly with, least he magnify her current distress to the point of a full blown breakdown......

"Shiva......my dear......what is troubling you? From what I could tell you were perfectly happy if a bit put upon before our meeting with Nathan over those gems, but now........I'm sorry to say, but you're almost a mess. Fear, unhappiness, and a great deal of anxiety.....you began to experience all so suddenly during our meeting, and while I know conversing with the boy is hardly a jolly affair, I don't think anything we said could have triggered such a.........intense  series of reaction. Perhaps slight discomfort, annoyance and distress over all of us bickering over his wellbeing and attitude, yes, but that shouldn't have pushed you on the edge of emotional turmoil. So please......my dearest......talk to me. I'll listen, and do whatever it takes to soothe those woes of yours......"

(And with that, me and Phantom are going to continue the rest of this Scene in PMs, as agreed between us, so as not to stall everyone else and that we can have our moment together! We'll post the end result of this conversation when its done though, ok?)

When said Researcher returned within sight, Shiva casts a wondering and pondering glance over to him. "Ven!~ Say, has your Magnemite Egg hatched already as well? H-Heart was training at a magnetic field within Mount Sentry for some time now with his Tynamo, we could ask him to lead us there once, maybe! And how's your black and blue Egg doing, by the way?"

*Flashback 2!*
Some time after that touching/emotional/comforting confrontation was finished and Shiva's Egg hatched -which greatly helped to relieve them both as Ven joined in on the celebrations too!- the mystical lass approached him with question concerning his own Egg and plans to Evolve it, to which he responded with:

"Oh yes, indeed they have! They did so this morning, right before I headed out with Lucifer to explore the City and help out at the Shelter! I named them Remiel, and they seemed to get along splendidly with me and my whole family, so I believe we'll get along smashingly! (...) That's a fantastic idea! Evolving our children into their more powerful forms would be a delightful way to bond with them, and increase their overall prowess in and out of battle as well! We'll meet with Heart about this first thing in the morning for sure, if that suits your fancy! (...) My Black and Blue Egg seems almost precariously close to hatching, judging by the amount of shaking it does in its incubator! If I had to guess, its highly probable they'll hatch sometime tomorrow or the day after, so I can't wait to see what species my newest child is!

Once that conversation was finished, Ventus turned in for the night, tired yet eager as the difted off to sleep, ready to begin their next day as they head towards Cress and continued their journey/mission!

Morning of Day 51

As per usual, the sociologist was the first to awaken as the new day began, were upon he swiftly and silently proceeded to conduct his morning ritual, grab breakfast and bring it back to his to share with Shiva, before finally go over and wake them up.

"Shiva, my dear, morning light has come to grace us all, so its time to awaken. We have a busy day ahead of us, so after we eat our breakfast and you get ready, we should head down to the lobby and wait on the others. Don't want to delay our trip anymore than circumstance have conspired to thus far, after all!"

Order: Mega Flashback, and the getting Ven ready to head down to the lobby with Shiva once she's ready. If Heart has already spent and Encounter and put himself ahead on the timeline, Ven will go out with Lucifer and Abaddon to explore the city one last time before the party leave to spend quality time together/find interesting stuff. Afterward/If not, Ventus will go to the PC and arrange his party in this order:  Raphael, Apsis, Ramiel, Black and Blue Egg, Haneal, and Ao Guang, as if we are traveling through a Mt. Haziel's Teleport won't be too useful, Lilith wouldn't likely apprecitate being in a cave full of Rock types, and Ven needs to bond/work with his rowdy lord of a Dragon SOME time more!
