But before we get to that, I believe Reiner has some shopping to do!
After what seemed to be an eternity and a half wandering/stumbling through the dark, stormy, rain slicked streets looking for the blooding shope, you finally manage to make your way towards the Survival Kings stall. Unlike most others of its ilk, this Flower Festival merchant didn't just set up as a smallish, carney game like store front, but in fact had gone the extra mile in making sure his shop front was large and bold, and completely unabasehed about the space it was hogging. A large Billboard that read 'Survival Kings!' framed the top half portion of the store/roof, but their was also another billboard that lay on the lower half that proudly displayed just what this big shop had to offer:

Like the rest of its ilk, it had the regular open window/register that showed the sundries for quick and easy sale, which in this case included serveral different books/pamplets on the subject of wilderness survival, small survival kits for emergencies or small forays into the wilder parts of the Routes that surrounded Celadon City, and several small but essential items that just about every trainer could find a use for, such as Repels, Escape Ropes, Poke Dolls, and Net/Dusk Balls:
However, in addition to that their was what appeared to be a side entrance to the right of the sales window/open display that lead within the stall proper, and further back you could see what looked to be mini ailse holding more serious/professional looking equipment meant for REALLY roughing it in the outdoors, like Camping Equipment, Bikes, Fishing Rods of All qualities, etc.. Finally, beyond all that and almost baaaarely out of direct line of sight from outside the stall, you catch a glimpse of a HUGE rack of Guns of all varieties, including Hand Guns, Rifles, and Shotguns! Bloody hell, you didn't think you'd EVER see this many firearms in one place unless you were in an Unovian or Hoen Gun Store, given Tohjo's rather strict laws on even carrying Melee Weapons, much less something with a bit more range to them, but low and behold this bloke is packing some heat!
At that moment, there was no one manning the open window register, but their was a small bell that could be used to alert the attention of the merchant here, which your presumably rang to grab their attention. This caused a small commotion to be generated in the shop, and you could faintly hear someone say: "A customer? At time of night, and with it pouring down buckets? Welp, I thought I get to close shop earlier than usual, but I guess I can't when sales come acalling......!" , before you heard the person stomping towards the stall window, emerging behind a few clutter displays/racks in the back.
The merchant (presumably) was a tall white man wearing what looked to be a camoflauge hunting suit with a black undershirt beneath its, along with matching jeans that were fastened to him with a gold buckled belt. His hair was tall, spikey, and dark green like pine needles, but his eyes were a color blue pristine as spring water, which were framed with a pair of half spectacles that seemed to be partially shaded. Completing the look was a scuffy closely trimmed beard that frame the lower portion of his face, and a piece of wheat sticking out a corner of his mouth.
Upon laying eyes on your drenched, miserable, and quite frankly exhausted form, the salesman eyebrows flew right up to their hairline as a thoughtful frown etched into his face. "Well, don't you've had nothing but a long, bad day, if you could forgive me for being blunt about it. You don't look like the kind of man that likes things sugar coated to them anyhow, or at least that's what my gut feeling and peepers are telling me."
He then smiles, and wave towards the side entrance, motioning for you to enter. "Anyhow, welcome sir! Come right on in! Even if you ain't looking to buy anything, I'm not turning away somebody that looks like they need a hot drink and some time to organize themselves 'fore they're ready to move on. 'Sides, its not like I'm getting anymore company tonight, what with all this rain keeping the streets mostly clear, so the more the merrier!"
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
