Nope. It looks like the front portion was once flat and if you had another few inches, you'd probably have some text. 

Datewise, this is probably from around Sarimanok's time, and definitely no later than Bridge's time. But the only manmade designs on this shard are the four clustered eyes.

Hmmm...so this is just the top of the gravestone...

Well, packed away in the bag it goes for later examination.  Nathan will definitely be keeping an eye out for any gravestones while in Mt. Sentry.  (probably none nearby, right?)
