...so not only is it an Onix, the pokemon with the fourth highest base HP in Pokerole when it's full sized (topped only by Steelix, Alolan Exeggutor, and Wailord)...it also seems to have Levitate...

Wow.  Just...wow.

Way off base, not even close.

I though it was an Onix, though, unless this is a Delta Terlard or some other floating snake Pokémon? Well, regardless of what it is, Ventus wants it in his collection for all the Money!/Scientific data it'll bring him!

If it is an Onix, though, Ven might pay a trip back to Stair City to grab a Metal Coat, evolve it that way if that works (If not, present for Arial!), spend a day or two studying it, before he THEN trades it away for goodies!
