Good point.

Maybe I just forgot to delete an alert earlier and I'm imagining things...though I did half expect Ventus to freak out when Nathan mentioned Shiva fighting a dragon without backup...particularly since he had Ralts use Heal Pulse on her (only a scratch, but she  got hurt!  Oh no!).  That's why I decided to check, that's all.

...regardless, I'm just half waiting on how Shiva reacts to everything so far...or for Ven to overreact and completely overload Ralts and Nathan as a result...or both.

Ven's not really paying attention to what's Nathan's saying right now unless they directly try to get their attention, instead focusing it aaaaaallllll on Shiva, so he didn't hear them. As for Ralts healing Shiva, he (Ven) just accepted it without comment, since he did notice they were scuffed up and automatically assumed the little empath was just helping out. Even when he does hear the news about Shiva battling against Druddigen and how it nearly killed TWO of her Pokémon, he's going to react negatively, but it will be muted by his earlier trauma/blend in with it and end up being internalized mostly, so neither Nathan nor Ralts should suffer emotional backlash from Ven unless you decide they do. At most he'll casually offer to kill the dragon for her in a non-descript yet horrible way, and coldly tell your character off that its not their decision but hers if he objects, but beyond that he won't go Unfettered or psychotic. He's too burned out to do that right now.....
