The earliest she would actually go to meet him would be the evening of that Day, as until then exploring the city and everything was what she wants to do. Ventus is not going to linger around in the morning, as he has place to be and plans to enact, but he'll receive any text messages you send him. Remember, he's not that personable at the moment, and rather he'd be alone for the most part unless given a good enough reason not to be. Ven should be free in the evening, though!

It will be at least a day before Ventus is ready to go after Chandelure, as he has plans and prep work that needs to be done in order to ensure that the next time he goes after it will be the LAST......
