There at the main path, Shiva finally finds a an opportunity to calm herself again from this run-in with these annoying Exeggcute. Hmpf... If they wouldn't have left her alone while she retreated, she'd MAKE THEM do so by pestering back with Ice Beams from her fae rabbit and Gusts from her grassy sauropod, but she's glad that it didn't come to a battle - means more time to search for Lilith as it's getting darker and darker, and she  wouldn't want to risk these Exeggcute fainting the Volbeat that's kindly herlping her out!

Both Azumarill and Tropius get a thankful hug which especially Azu returned with joy, before they get recalled into their respective Balls. Volbeat apologizing to her earns him a dear smile and a pet back. "It's alright, you... It's not entirerly your fault, I should have stayed more alert as well. then they wouldn't have targeted you with an Uproar. You're doing okay? ...Yes? Alright then, where to go... Oh, fine then, we'll take that green-pebbled way then."


As soon as these ancient trees came into sight, Shiva intuitively lowered her walking pace while her gaze gets caught more and more by them. These trees....... Ah, that Guidebook mentioned them, if she wasn't mistaken in her memory. (It does) Simply reading about them earlier gave her an awed feeling, and now, near these trees, she felt like something draggs her more and more to them. They were alluring her, she didn't know why and how, but they did. Almost as if she heard mother nature silently calling her over. She mustered the hollow trunks with interest, but doesn't dare to place her hand into those that were within her range - there MUST be Pokemon in there, a ton of, but what kinds? And what species roam near such an ancient grove of trees, which were emitting such an amount of dignity and (to her) mystic that it'd make her dizzy? Well, now her curiosity was triggered, Shiva will certainly pay this grove another visit to find out.

But for now, she was incredibly glad that here she also found Lilith back - that, and even more seeing that she was fine, took a lot of load off Shiva's sensitive heart. Seing how she too was somewhat caught by these trees allured some joyful amusement, for now Shiva 'will stay roughly a meter away from her as she too looked up to these branches then, following her Psychic Pokemon's gaze. If she seemed alright, there was no point in disturbing her, as Shiva was definitely within her eyesight now and somewhat understood why Lilith has wandered away from her again, she probably had her own reasons to visit this precious ancient grove of trees. This doesn't change the worry she felt over the sensation of her having wandered away again, but it eases  the hints of sadness and frustration she felt over this.

After having silently admired the view of these trees for some minutes, Shiva would eventually and carefully do anything to get to know them a little more - softly stroking over their probably very thick bark, placing the side of her head on them to listen to sounds of the Pokemon living in there, smelling at them, such things. Due to being a child of the big who only knows big and old trees from books and screens (the ones within White Forest she has visited a few times are nor nearly as impressive as the ancient ones here), this was quite a thing and experience from her.

Does Gothy react to that eventually? Shiva does leave her alone as well, but it's obvious that she won't leave this place without her. Actually, she won't leave right away anyway as she wanted to stargaze a little... Would it be safe to sleep over here at the grove of ancient trees while having some Pokemon out as a night guardian? Shiva would totally do that, leaned against Tropius and Furret loosely curled up around her. ^^
