In other RPGs they often have an assist action, which gives +1 to another roll. In this game I'd probably do +1 dice, for something like a craft. Two people working together on a craft are definitely not twice as good. But, for example, with trying to lift something heavy, two people are nearly twice as good, so I'd have to do it differently.
